Selling houses in Broward County, Florida since 2004

"My goal is
to help sellers net more and
help buyers
move into
their dream homes!"
How can I help you succeed?
Catering to local and international clientele since 2004.
For Cecilia real estate involves much more than buying and selling houses.
It's the people inside the houses and properties that matter most. Your goals are my goals.
" Sellers and buyers get emotional during our final walk-thru.
The reality of saying goodbye to their cherished home, and the joy of receiving keys for their next chapter is a a privilege I witness. Being their trusted Realtor is priceless."
Who I Am:
I’m a child of God.
Originally from Argentina, I was born in Bariloche—a small town in Patagonia surrounded by mountains.
An international skiing destination too.
I was always looking to see what was on the other side of our snowed Cordillera de los Andes.
Now I deeply enjoy our South Florida beaches. I was shy—but not anymore.
My brother is a talented musician.
My father was an immigrant from Peru, an entrepreneur, and a great cook; my mother was a hard-working Argentinean and a classic 'tiger mom' who didn't accept excuses.
Whether it is moving to a new country where we didn't even know the language, or rebuilding our life from the ground up after the 2008 real estate crash—
one of her saying is always in my head:
“If I came all the way from Patagonia, I’m not backing out on this.”
Growing up in a family-owned restaurant business in Argentina taught me what it means to operate under pressure—
I saw my father overseeing the execution of a flawless dinner service for 200 customers in a three-hour window with zero margin for error and with a big smile. Every day.
For my brother and I, most holidays were celebrated at the restaurant my parents owned.
I remember the Christmas tree was bigger there. We just endured.
We learned how to absorb the stress, put our heads down, and got the job done.
Becoming a mom at 17 only sharpened my focus.
My amazing daughter helped me build resilience and faith.
She taught me a completely different category of love.
I studied Business Administration in evening school while working in most capacities at my family's restaurant.
The last position I held was at the cashier's counter. What a nightmare that was. Did you know that waitresses and the kitchen staff don’t always get along? I had to check and charge for every plate served.
If I missed a detail, the business lost money. And we did many times.
I was young and learning.
Now I know how to spot the difference between a good deal and a bad one before it hits your table.
I think that there is nothing like a family business. There is no school for it; you learn by doing.
Your team IS your business.
You appreciate everyone’s uniqueness and everyone’s position-because to meet the goal, we need each other, we have to trust one another and we must work together.
No one succeeds alone.
Also, you learn fast because mistakes cost.
I believe that you can learn whatever you want from books, and coaches…but applying the theory it is another chapter…. That restaurant experience was as intense as it was short.
I eventually chose another kitchen to tolerate the heat: sales.
I moved to S Fl in 2000 with my loving husband and my daughter. She is now a blessed mom of two.
Professionally.
Since 2004, I have been helping families in Broward County buy and sell residential real estate.
Over 20+ years as a full-time Realtor and real estate investor, I’ve guided local and international clients through major market shifts—from the 2008 crash to the 2020 surge and today’s changing conditions.
I am honored to now work with the second generation of my clients, helping parents guide their children in purchasing their first investment properties to build generational wealth.
Every year, I serve an average of 10 to 12 clients.
I bring my relentless endurance, the latest marketing technology, my negotiation skills, clear communication, and continuous education in our ever complex legal contracts to every transaction.
My standard is:
A transaction of this magnitude deserves undivided focus.
My motto is
"Zero emotion until you are officially closed."
Part of my job is knowing that closing a deal at any cost is not always in the client's best interest.
Sometimes the right path is to renegotiate, turn down an offer, or walk away from a deal that is not right.
As an investor, I lost four properties in the 2008 crash. As many others I didn't know.
I didn’t have a system.
I learned and clawed my way back, by the grace of God.
I observed that in every crisis can be an opportunity when you are prepared.
I even created an online course (www.landfortaxes.com) to teach another way to invest in South Florida.
I still remember how lost one feels arriving to this amazing country of opportunites.
I didn’t even know the names of the streets! In Argentina, addresses are written differently—street name first, then number, zip code, and city (Calle Mitre 382, C/P 8400 Bariloche, Rio Negro).
Now I know the addresses and prices too!
Sometimes people ask where I learned English. I studied in southern Argentina and Buenos Aires, but nothing prepares your ears for American English like moving to the U.S. When we arrived in Florida, I was told to work in any job in a Spanish-speaking environment, but I knew that wouldn't help me improve.
I chose telemarketing instead because they offered training.
Selling over the phone with a script felt like the longest English class ever! but everyone was supportive and taught me proper pronunciation.
We "don’t despise the days of small beginnings." I went on to complete night classes in Business Administration at Sheridan College in Hollywood, building myself intentionally.
To this day, I work on my pronunciation by constantly listening to good audiobooks.
Guiding You Through Every Market Shift
Real estate is personal.
Most sellers in South Broward feel stressed at the thought of selling—worrying about the move and who to trust with the sale.
But with the right help, this move is never a confusing puzzle.
Every sale has a story to be honored.
It can be an expensive and anxious experience, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
No one wants to leave money on the table.
Sellers don’t get a second chance at a first impression; if a property goes stale in the first 30 days, it falls into the false trap of believing time will somehow attract a higher price.
In order to offer you my personalized attention, I intentionally limit my active client roster.
You are never passed off to team member or junior assistant (even those I trained myself.
You work directly with me, getting my full focus, coaching, systems, market facts, latest technology and negotiation skills.
I hold hands with you from the beginning to the end.
I will be involved in every showing, email, text and call with you, the other realtor, the photographer, the title company, the mortgage broker, the insurance rep, inspector, appraiser, surveyor, attorney, city, and everyone else involved in your sale. I will prepare any addendum needed to protect your interest, and keep negotiating until closing. And if it is a bad deal, I will tell you so too.
(My husband calls me a control freak, but when your equity is on the line, who’s counting?)
Beyond My Professional Life
Beyond my professional life, I'm a happy wife. I am blessed with the most amazing man I could have dreamed of, and I can't imagine doing everything I do without his constant support. I'm more in love now than when we married back in 2000. God has kept us, and we are both avid readers.
Being a grandma is my newest identity, and pool time has taken on a whole new meaning.
I also enjoy handcrafting—I am learning to sew, which I find therapeutic and creative.
Additionally, I have been volunteering in the 5-year-old Sunday school classroom since 2008 and plan to continue.
Thank you, Thank you!
