Insights is a tool that shows you the views each property has during the listing period.
New listing gets the most views, showings and offers during the first couple of weeks on the market
This in another listing with the most views in the first month on the market.
Insights also shows the location of the viewers.
When a property is for sale in a fair location, in decent interior conditions, with professional pictures, syndicated to over 300 websites in different languages but after a 1 month, is still not getting activity, showings or offers, the one area of improvement would be the asking price.
