Market Update: This Week Townhouses in Hollywood and Davie

Currently there are 36 townhouses for sale in Hollywood Fl. Just a month ago we had only 27!

On average every month, 7 towhouses are closed, this gives us 4.6 months of supply for Hollywood in regards of townhouses. The median price this week is $615,000

Town of Davie:

There are 12 townhouses for Sale on the MLS in the Town of Davie. Last July there were only 9 .

On average every month there are 16 Closed sales, this means that we have less that one month of supply for the Town of Davie in this category.
