The inventory for condos on the mls is approximately 4,000 and mostly all of the buildings have pools.

When you are buying a condo, you are buying with a partner: The association.

This means 2 things:

1)The Association has rules, regulations and restriction that will highly impact your investment.

2) The association will make desicions with your wallet. :

If the building is older than 30- 40 years they will have to pass the city inspections.

Many buildings are going under renovations, that means

A) that Amenities suchs as pools , gym, garage, common areas will be closed for many months, even years...

B) Construction Noise, and if they are renovationg balconies the condo sliding doors might be boarded up with piece of wood for the duration of the renovations, long months....

C) Special Assessment ( if the association do not have reserves, and most do not)
